We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@luxeshop.shop with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- We made an error with your order
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

Damaged or Defective Items
